Prestige Property Management
A property-management and excavation company we built for, guided through a Google suspension, and rebuilt on a faster custom site that is now bringing in leads from AI assistants.

What we did
We first built Prestige a website on WordPress in about a month and helped them through Google's business verification. A few months later Google suspended their Business Profile, which for a local business means vanishing from the map entirely. Restoring it took three months: we did not yet have the exact documentation Google now demands, and the review queue was badly backlogged. Reinstatement gets harder every year, which is why we document everything up front now. We got them back, then rebuilt the site on Next.js for speed and control. Today we keep the engine running: SEO, content creation, and ongoing Google Business Profile optimization so the listing stays strong and protected. The rebuild is already bearing fruit, and in a way worth paying attention to: Prestige is getting leads from people who found them through AI assistants like ChatGPT rather than through a page of search results. That is not a novelty, it is the direction the whole thing is moving. Search is drifting toward answers that never need a click, and when a buyer never reaches a results page, the businesses that still get found are the ones whose sites are fast, structured and factual enough for an answer engine to quote. Prestige is already on the right side of that, which is the entire argument behind generative engine optimization.
